Request a free walkthrough of your space
A walkthrough is a visit to your building before any number is quoted. It costs nothing, there is nothing to sign at the end of it, and it is the only way to quote commercial cleaning honestly.

Frequently asked questions
What happens on a walkthrough
A walkthrough is a visit to your building to see what actually needs cleaning. We look at the floors, the restrooms, the entryways and the rooms your customers or staff use most, and we ask what has gone wrong with cleaning before. Out of that comes a written scope and a quote.
Is the walkthrough free
The walkthrough is free and there is no obligation attached to it. Nobody is asked to sign anything on the day, and a quote that follows a walkthrough is a quote rather than a commitment. If it turns out we are not the right contractor for the building, we will say so then.
What should I have ready for the walkthrough
Bring whatever you already know about the building — the hours it is occupied, how people get in, anything a previous cleaner did or did not do, and any schedule you already work to. If you manage the property rather than own it, knowing who signs off on the contract saves a step later.
Do I have to commit to a schedule at the walkthrough
No. The walkthrough produces a written scope and a quote, and you decide afterwards in your own time. Nothing is signed on the day and nothing starts until you say so. If you want to change the scope before starting, that is a conversation rather than a renegotiation.
Can I get a quote without a walkthrough
Not an honest one. Commercial cleaning quoted over the phone is quoted from an assumption, and the assumption is usually wrong in one direction or the other. Every serious operator in this category quotes after a site visit, and Simply Keeping does the same. It is a short visit.
